​General Steps on Purchasing a property 
The following are basic and important details a buyer should know about owning his/her home...

​​Project Presentation 
​
The Property Consultant presents to Buyer, the project features, inventory, financing options and other relevant information.

​​Property Visit 
The development is visited with the Property Consultant for a better appreciation of the property, amenities, as well as its location, road networks, routes, landmarks and nearby commercial areas.

​Reservation Application
Client chooses the desired property and fills in the necessary forms. The purchase is formalized at the Office.

Marketing and Administrative Briefing 
​
After submission of the Reservation Agreement and Quotation Sheet, a final briefing will be conducted by Marketing Team before the actual purchase is formalized.

Submission of Requirements
​
After the briefing and acceptance of duly filled in forms, Client is given 30 days to submit necessary requirements for the purchase. The property is held under the Buyer’s name.

Move-in / Turnover of Property
​
The property is delivered on a date specified in the Reservations Agreement. Once constructed, the Homeowner and Developer conduct a joint inspection of the property to confirm that all commitments are delivered.

  • Co. and valid ID photo copy
  • One month latest payslip
  • Certificate of Employment with compensation
  • Updated Employee Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV) at least 24mos (HDMF)
  • Proof of billing
  • Bank statement (if any
  • Income Tax Return
  • 4 pcs. 1x1 Id pictures
  • Marriage contract(if married)
  • Birth Certificate
  • PDC

  • Passport w/ signature(include pages of arrival and departure
  • Job contract
  • Certificate of Employment and Compensation
  • One month latest Payslip/remittance
  • Updated ESAV atleast 24 mos(HDMF)
  • SPA Special Power ofAttorney(notarized or consularized)
  • Valid id of atty-in-fact with picture and signature
  • Proof of billing
  • Bank statement if any
  • 4 pcs. 1x1 Id pictures
  • Marriage contract(If married)
  • Birth Cerificate
  • PDC
​​SELF EMPLOYED
  • 2yrs. Audited Financial Statement w/ITR'S w/ tax receipt business
  • DTI/SEC Registration
  • Mayor's permit
  • Co. and valid ID photo copy
  • One month latest payslip/remittance
  • Updated Employee Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV) at least 24mos(HDMF)
  • Proof of billing
  • Bank statement (if any)
